Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card one year later. She became the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend the time off from performing when she was awarded her Professional card to complete the college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years setting up new goals. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she finished third. The summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any expectations. She was happy about her position. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel likes working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a light weight day and another heavier weight day.
